In June of last year I became very ill and was taken to the hospital. I was told by the Doctor that I am allergic to certain nutrients. After spending several days in the hospital and then a convalescent home, my doctor gave me several medications to treat my high blood pressure. OK here are the results of my months of using up all of the water . I wanted to give you an accurate assessment of the effect. I started on it during training for my fight on the 19th. I decided to start using it as a substitute for the normal popular sports water I had been using (Propel). With in a week I could tell that my stamina was improving. Two weeks in my skin starting clearing up and when I'd get those normal scraped from hitting the bag, they wouldn't turn red and take weeks to heal; now they would take maybe a day a show no discoloration at all. I could go on and on but to tell you the truth. I feel like I am in the best cardio shape of my life. I have used all of the water and I think it was great. In the 3 years I have been using fitness fuel, I have noticed a definite improvement in my energy level.
